We are seeking a motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our laboratory and work on an NCN-funded research project entitled Identification of proteolytic cleavage sites in peptide substrates using coarse-grained docking and machine learning methods
Location: Warsaw, Poland

Duration: Approximately 2 years
Candidates should hold a PhD and have experience in molecular modeling, protein structure prediction, and programming (Python or C++).
